
Stress And Anxiety
It's the true pandemic in modern world because of high paced life and pressure of exceeding expectations. From modern medical view point it primarily happens due imbalance of hormones like Cortisol, Adrenalin and Nor-adrenalin. From Yogic viewpoint it happens because of hyperactivity of one of nadis (Ida or Pingla) and when their “santulan” ( balance) get unharmonized. From Ayurvedic viewpoint it happens primarily because of vitiated Vata dosha.
While planning a customized action plan for any individual practitioner who is suffering from acute Stress and Anxiety we consider checking the complete medical history and meds (if any) . Sleep Disorder
It starts primarily because of high stress and / or odd working hours where rest time is compromised. Eventually start impacting hormone Melatonin which is the key factor in balancing Circadian Cycle . Ayurveda says, it can happen because of vitiated Vata and/or Pitta and the symptoms are different.
We first identify the root cause of Sleep Disorder. If it’s because of the odd working hours we focus on balancing Melatonin function but if the same is because of stress, then our first target is to balance stress hormone. At times it shoot up the weight gain too which we consider while working.

INFERTILITY
WHO estimates suggest that the overall prevalence of primary infertility in India lies between 3.9% and 16.8%. It’s primarily because of the stressful & irregular lifestyle and consumption of junk food by women for a prolonged period of time. Sometimes the menstrual cycle is compromised because of imbalanced estrogen while for few the FSH and LH hormone are falling apart because of the over exhausted Hypothalamus activity sending wrong signal to Pituitary gland. Also PCOD is one major cause but underlying reason remains the same as mentioned above. Even for male it’s a concern as their sperm count and quality drops.
More than modern medicine (which generally tend to make you gain weight) Ayurveda and Yoga has deeper fixes if approached with right analysis. Generally women feel shy to talk about this in public forum even after recovery however we have one or two instances where they opened their heart out.

Weight Management
Weight gain is a major concern in current world specially among teenaged and mid-aged women and men. People work really hard to loose weight by doing Cardio , Crossfit beside having healthy low curb diet. But we see, most of the times, once person stops the activity then within few months he/she gain double the weight of what he lost. This means, the process which has been followed is done without root cause analysis and that’s while the alternate healing is not working.
We first do not wok on weight management but identify the root cause of it (stress, happy eating, menstrual issue, thyroid etc). Once that falls in action, root cause get arrested and weight loss start happening. Patience is the key in this journey.
