Core Techniques:

Prana Darshana:

Prana is the most vital element in true yogic experience. We assist you with guided meditation to experience the flow of prana in body and heal the inflammations from inside.

Antar Mouna:

Mind is the chatterbox inside , talking and arguing with past memories even when you are silent outside. Antar Mouna helps to let go those past memories which your subconscious mind might be holding & keeping you in pain and agony.

Kosha Darshana:

Human body is made up of Pancha Kosha and through this practice we focus primarily on Annamaya Kosha ( the physical body). Might sound unrealistic but it’s true that through this practice you can relax each and every internal organs of the body like Liver, heart and even impact the fluid flow of body i.e blood.

Chakra Dhyana:

We follow guided techniques to visualize and mediate on each chakra.

AUM chanting

Recite different mantras at various Chakras with specific Hasta Mudras in combination with AUM chanting with different modulation , mind get absolutely thoughtless and sit in complete void.

SoHum Japa:

Each breath in human body do a spontaneous japa So-Hum as it inhale and exhale. Through the process of deep withdrawal from external world, we help you to go inside self and be part of that Japa.

Yoga Nidra:

Dopamine hormone makes us smile, keep happy from inside. Excessisve stress impact the flow of Dopamine. A sureshot way to release dopamine in the body is via Yoga Nidra.

It’s a 5 days session, Monday to Friday . Out of which Monday to Thursday it’s all customized, based on individual practitioners health assessment whereas Friday is our Regular Relaxation session which is covered under the same cost.


Asana & Pranayama:

Root cause of any health concern is a hormonal imbalance which effect the body and emotion. Example; Rise of Cortisol & Adrenalin , shortfall of Dopamine lead to stress. Unnecessary rise of Serotonin,Cortisol and shortfall of Melatonin raise sleeping disorder. Increasing imbalance Estrogen and Pituitary Gland lead to menstrual cycle disorder and FSH & LH imbalance..

Hatha Yoga 

The Nature is governed by dominance of two planets primarily, Sun & Moon. Human , being part of Cosmos follow the same dynamic principle and have energy channel within the body know as “Ha” - Sun & “Tha” – Moon. Balancing this Ha-Tha energy within human body is the focus of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga stands on 8 basic principles and we delegently follow these Astanga Path with contemporary approach to make it easier to follow.


Yama & Niyama

People primarily connect us for complex health concerns where they have mostly tried Allopaethic and other form of modern treatment and it’s not fully addressed. We do a health assessment of every newly joined practitioners, prepare their customise practice chart and guide them with Yama & Niyamas from modern lifestyle perspective.

Pratyahara & Dharana:

Once the hormone is balanced and body|mind settles down; one must look inward withdrawing from external world (Pratyahara) and sustain that state (Dharana) to live with that peace within. We cater this experience through our regular Friday’s Relaxation session.
